DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
  • 1960: Commencement of Construction; 
  • 1962: The opening of the first course under the name of Danang Technical School; 
  • 1975: Name changed to Nguyen Van Troi Vocational Technical School;
  • 1987: Name changed to Nguyen Van Troi Technical School;
  • 1994: Name changed to College of Technology

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILIES
UD-CT is an affiliate of the University of Danang. It is responsible for training associate bachelor and high quality secondary professional technician resources for the Central Highlands and the country, contributing towards Vietnam’s industrialisation, modernisation and international integration.

UD-CT currently has 221 staff, including 20 doctors and 105 masters of engineering/science.
FACILITIES
  • UD-CT’s 42.000 m2 campus consists of seven zones.
  • Administrative zone: 25 rooms;
  • Lecture halls: 44 well-equiped classrooms;
  • Laboratory zone: 18 laboratories, 7 computer rooms;
  • Workshop zone: 14 workshops;
  • Library: 4293 titles with over 70.127 copies;
  • Dormitory: enough rooms for 1.000 students;
  • P.E. zone: a mini stadium and a gymnasium.
